I was charged ₹174 for medicines clearly marked with an MRP of ₹134, and despite this overcharge, my condition has not improved at all. To make matters worse, I was given a tablet meant for typhoid to treat an ordinary cold, which is completely inappropriate and raises serious concerns about your dispensing practices. This is unacceptable and needs immediate correction to ensure patients receive both proper medication and fair pricing.
